These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Beyond Frame website and the booking of Direction Sessions and mentorship programs provided by Hossein Fardinfard ("Beyond Frame", "we", "I"). By booking a session or program, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Beyond Frame provides private, one-to-one online photography mentorship, including Direction Sessions and personal programs. Sessions are delivered live via Google Meet. Session length, cadence, and deliverables are described on the website or in your written proposal.
2. Booking & Payment
The Direction Session is USD 90, payable at the time of booking via Stripe. Programs are quoted individually in a written proposal and may be paid in full or in installments via Stripe. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the agreed time at no charge. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, may be treated as delivered.
4. Client Responsibilities
To get the most from your session, you agree to provide requested materials (such as 10 to 15 images and notes) in advance and to attend at the scheduled time with a stable internet connection.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and written proposals provided remain the intellectual property of Beyond Frame and are for your personal use only. Your photographs remain entirely your own.
6. Limitation of Liability
Beyond Frame provides guidance and mentorship in good faith but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, exhibitions, or career results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
