We want you to feel confident booking with Beyond Frame. This policy explains how refunds work for Direction Sessions and programs.
Direction Sessions
If you need to cancel a Direction Session, you may reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before the session. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance and do not wish to reschedule, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.
Programs
Because programs are personal and time is reserved specifically for you, the following applies: before the first program session, you may cancel for a full refund of any unused sessions. Once a program has started, completed sessions are non-refundable; any remaining, unused prepaid sessions may be refunded on request.
The USD 90 Credit
The Direction Session fee (USD 90) is credited toward your program only if you continue. If you do not continue, the Direction Session stands on its own and no further charge applies.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@beyondframe.studio with your booking details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
